The Space
The ''resort like'' backyard contains dining seating for 8 and conversation seating for 8 or many more.
The contemporary rattan wicker outdoor set adds further luxury to the outdoor space.
Inside the home, there is an airy open walk-through feel with wood effect floor tile throughout all rooms and 13ft high ceilings. This is complimented by the expansive large windows further enhancing the feeling of space and bringing the great outdoor scenery within touching distance.
Use high speed Wi-Fi in the Den or throughout the house to catch up on work or email friends about how great the weather is!
Enjoy cooking a gourmet meal in your fully stocked luxurious quartz kitchen, every detail considered and beautifully presented.
Of course, you could always cook outside on the outdoor grill & dine privately pool side!

Guest Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom offers a marvellous morning view to the golf course fairway and the peaks of Desert Mountain. A large bathroom directly off the bedroom features stand alone bath, large walk-in shower and a spacious dressing room directly off the bathroom. 65 inch Samsung smart television for your bedtime viewing!
Guest bedroom 2 includes 60 inch flat screen TV plus tasteful built in hanging space and storage, therefore creating a beautiful spacious bedroom.
Guest Bedroom 3 is a private casita with it's own entrance door to the external of the main house. Features 40 inch flat screen Samsung TV , private bathroom off the sleeping area plus a small dining / private space. Built in hanging and storage space.
Bedroom 4 is set up as an office & Den layout - Perfect for work or a quiet retreat . Contains Office desk, 50 inch flat screen TV, wireless printer , authentic St Andrews golf photography and comfortable sofa (pull-down to bed ). Work, sleep or relax in private!
All windows through the home have neutral coloured plantation shutters and tasteful neutral coloured blinds. Cable and wifi available in every room , a telescope is also available for you to gaze at the crystal clear skies above the Sonoran desert.
If music is your passion , use the surround sound and select whatever room - including the patio - where you wish to hear your music selection. The in- built speaker system further adds to the homes luxurious feel.
The garage has been fully remodelled to a high spec.
Regards facilities - Guests who are staying 4 weeks or more, gain the benefit of using The Legend trail residents community centre (which is minutes walk from the house ). Great facilities at no extra cost during your stay. Play tennis with a choice of 2 beautiful floodlit courts by day or night , swim in 2 large community pools, work out in the excellent fitness centre. All are part of the fantastic facilities the Legend Trail area has to offer.
We provide 3 bikes ( within Garage ) for use on local trails or within this bike friendly community.
